Boyd Martin Construction LLC (BMC) is a Nevada based commercial general contracting firm, established on April 8, 2003.  Prior to that, Boyd Martin spent 14 years of his career with a Nevada based General Contracting firm, and, from January 1995 to January 2003, he was the Vice President and General Manager of that firm.  In January of 2003, he left to pursue the opportunity of starting Boyd Martin Construction.  

Boyd has an extensive and diverse construction background.  He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.  Since graduation, Boyd has managed the construction of over 200 construction projects.  These projects include design-build, design assist-build, lump sum bid, and partnering projects, and range in building size from 1500 square feet to over 150,000 square feet on sites ranging up to 22 acres.   

Boyd Martin Construction LLC holds a General Building license from the Nevada State Contractors’ Board with an unlimited bid limit.   BMC is also fully bondable and capable of providing payment and performance bonds through Safeco Insurance, an A rated surety.   BMC is insured through CNA.
