Boyd Martin Construction LLC (BMC) is a proven, experienced leader in general contracting. Boyd Martin, managing member, has 21 years extensive experience in commercial and residential construction, and graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Since graduation, Boyd has managed the construction of over 250 projects of varying size and complexity. In addition, Boyd currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors-Las Vegas Chapter and has for the last 12 years.
Boyd Martin Construction provides expertise to each project in the form of an excellent and experienced project management team, including LEED AP certified professionals. You will find your construction experience with BMC to be unique in that each member of the BMC team will take personal interest in the success of your project from the receptionist to the project manager. BMC's project managers and superintendents are second to none. Their attention to detail in schedule, cost, and quality control will enable your construction experience to be positive from beginning to end.
Boyd Martin Construction LLC holds a General Building license in the states of Nevada, Arizona, and Utah, with an unlimited bid limit. BMC is also fully bondable and capable of providing payment and performance bonds through Safeco Insurance, an A rated surety. BMC is insured through CNA for General Liability, Auto, and Worker's compensation.
